Have a covered repair? File it here — the form goes straight to our warranty team. All warranty requests must be submitted through this form, and must include an estimate and photos before a claim can be approved.

Please note: Warranty coverage is at the discretion of Gooseneck Trailer Mfg. Co., Inc. Warranty labor rates are $85.00 (steel) and $100.00 (aluminum), with a 1/2-hour minimum. Replacement parts are supplied by Gooseneck Trailer Mfg. unless otherwise approved.
